S’mores Iced Coffee

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1/2 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • Spoonful whipping cream
  • Spoonful marshmallow bits
  • Crushed graham cracker

Instructions:
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add a tablespoon of powdered sugar and beat again until stiff peaks form. Fold in marshmallow bits. Add chocolate milk and Norland Pure Cold Brew together in a glass, top with the marshmallow whipped cream, and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

Maple Almond Iced Coffee

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions:
Pour Norland Pure Cold Brew, almond milk, and maple syrup into a glass. Stir together and add in sea salt and ice if desired. Enjoy!

Sugar Cookie Iced Coffee

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp. white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • Spoonful whipped cream

Instructions:
Combine half-and-half, white chocolate chips, vanilla syrup, and almond extract in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until white chocolate chips melt, stirring regularly. Pour Norland Pure Cold Brew into glass and add the sugar cookie creamer to taste. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Christmas Cold Brew

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. gingerbread syrup
  • 1 spoonful whipped cream
  • Gingerbread

Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice. Measure Norland Pure Cold Brew, milk, and syrup into the glass and stir well. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and gingerbread. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1 1/2 tsp. molasses
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp. cream
  • Spoonful whipped cream
  • 1/2 tsp. gingerbread spice

Instructions:
Add Norland Pure Cold Brew, molasses, maple syrup, and cream in a glass with ice. Stir very well to mix flavors. Top with whipped cream and gingerbread spice. Enjoy!

Peppermint Mocha Latte

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp.mint extract or peppermint syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Spoonful whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions:
Add milk, cocoa, and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until small bubbles begin to form around the edge and sugar has dissolved. Stir in Norland Pure Cold Brew, mint extract, and vanilla and remove from heat. Serve in a large mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Iced Latte

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Dash salt

Instructions:
In a small saucepan on low heat, roast the cinnamon by continuously shaking the pan over the heat; about 2 minutes. Add the milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Heat just until the edges start to bubble. Do not over-heat. Add the Norland Pure Cold Brew and use your frother to create your froth. Pour the coffee into glass followed by the froth. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!

Iced Eggnog Latte

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1-2 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 spoonful whipped cream
  • Sprinkle nutmeg

Instructions: 
Fill cup with Norland Pure Cold Brew and stir in the light brown sugar and eggnog. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Enjoy!

Spiced Pumpkin Iced Maple Latte

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2  tbsp. spiced pumpkin butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

Maple Cream:

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tbsp. real maple syrup

Instructions:
Whisk milk, pumpkin butter, and vanilla together until frothy. Pour Norland Pure Cold Brew over the frothed pumpkin milk. Using an electric mixer, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add the maple syrup and whip once more until combined and fluffy. Pour cream over cold brew and pumpkin milk. Enjoy!

Cold Brew Caramel Frappe

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 8 almond milk ice cubes
  • 1-3 tbsp. date caramel

Date Caramel:

  • 8 pitted dates
  • 1-3 tbsp. hot water

Instructions:
Make date caramel by adding pitted dates to a food processor or blender. Pulse/mix on low until small bits remain, then stream in hot water while the blender is on until a paste is made. Set aside. Add ice cubes and cold brew to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add date caramel 1 tablespoon at a time and blend. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Peppermint Mocha Frappe

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 8 milk ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp. light chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • Spoonful whipped cream
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup

Instructions:
The night before, pour your milk into an ice cube tray, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze. In the morning, add all ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined, adding an extra milk ice cube if needed. Taste and adjust flavors as needed. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!

Eiskaffee

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 tsp. espresso powder
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • Waffe cone wafers
  • Ground espresso beans

Instructions:
In a bowl, whip together espresso powder, vanilla extract, and cold heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Slowly add the granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Scoop two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass. Slowly pour over the Norland Pure Cold Brew leaving 1/2″ of room on top and sprinkle with group espresso beans. Garnish with a waffle cone wafer. Enjoy!

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 oz. milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. hot water
  • Few drops vanilla stevia

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the honey and hot water until smooth. Add to a glass with ice. Pour the coffee, water, almond milk, and stevia into the glass and stir well. Enjoy!

Keto Cinnamon Toast Butter

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
  • 2 tbsp. sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. granular sweetener
  • Spoonful whipped cream

Instructions:
Add the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of syrup in a mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until nice and airy. Store bowl in the refrigerator until ready to use. Add Norland Pure Cold Brew, butter, and 2 tablespoons of syrup to a blender. Blend on high until nice and frothy. Pour into a cup and then add a spoonful of whipped cream on top. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and granular sweetener together and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Norland Pure Cold Brew
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides

Instructions:
